Phan' Art Land Creations – Refund & Return Policy
Made-to-Order Items Because all of our products are made to order and crafted specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind or ordering the wrong size/color. We encourage you to review your order carefully before checkout.
Damaged or Defective Items Your satisfaction matters to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We will work with you to make it right — either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund, at our discretion.
Lost Packages If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package is confirmed lost, contact us and we will investigate and do our best to resolve the situation.
Order Cancellations Since production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, we cannot guarantee a cancellation, as your item may already be in production.
