Phan' Art Land Creations – Shipping Policy

Made-to-Order Production All items in our shop are handmade and made to order. We do not keep pre-made inventory. Each piece is created specifically for you after your order is placed.

Production Time Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be made before it ships. During busy seasons or high-demand periods, production may take up to 14 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Domestic Shipping (United States) Once your order has been made and handed off to the carrier, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Total estimated delivery time from order placement is 8–17 business days.

International Shipping We currently focus on domestic U.S. shipping. If you are located outside the United States, please contact us before placing your order so we can discuss options and provide an accurate shipping quote.

Order Tracking Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
